Appointments/Cancellations
After scheduling your appointment, your confirmation will be made through a method of your choice by our salon concierge. We understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us 24 to 48 hour notice. When a customer “no shows” or cancel’s there appointment at the last minute, our stylists are not able to re-book another appointment which results in lost revenue for the service provider and for the business. Appointments canceled with less than a 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved service. “No shows” will be charged 100% of the reserve service.

Payment Types
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Salon gift cards are also accepted for both services and retail.

Refunds
We have a 30 day exchange policy. If you’re not satisfied with your product you can exchange it, all we ask is that you bring your receipt. If you received a service that you are not happy with please let us know within 7 days and we will strive to re-book your correction within the first week so we can make it right. 

Pets 
We would like to remind everyone that pets of any kind, other than service animals, are NOT allowed in the salon. The State Board of Cosmetology and The Board of Consumer Affairs have specific Rules and Regulations stating that NO animals of any kind are to be permitted in the salon at any time. Service dogs with the official "Service Animal" vests are the ONLY exception. Therapy dogs, emotional support dogs and/or companion dogs are not recognized as “Service Animals” according to The Board of Consumer Affairs. We invite you to talk with us about any questions or concerns regarding this state law.

Child Safety Policies
Children are only permitted in the salon if they are being seen by one of our stylists. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, NO child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not want to compromise you and our other guests experience and kindly ask that you make your child care arrangements prior to your scheduled appointment. We do not have the facilities to care for children and will not provide child supervision. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

​Cell Phones
Salon Terra Bella is a sanctuary for our customers to relax. We ask kindly that if you need to make a phone call please step outside. We also ask that while your stylists is working with you, you do not use your cell phone. It makes it difficult for us to do our job up to our standards. Thank you!

Extension Services
In consideration of the hair care services to be performed are hair extension’s, which may include, but not limited to extensions, cutting, styling, straightening, relaxing, permanent waving, hair coloring, application of heat by irons, wands, dryers and product testing, acknowledge that the procedures I am about to receive is a commitment to maintain. I understand that in order to maintain my desired style and keep the integrity of my hair I need to come into the salon every 6 weeks for a maintenance. Any damage, loss of hair or loss of extensions Salon Terra Bella and/or stylist is not held responsible. All appointments will be charged in full.
I also acknowledge that all work is being done by hair care professionals and at the discretion of the professional. I agree not to hold Salon Terra Bella, their representatives, employees, agents or their authorized distributorships responsible for any adverse effect or for less than desired results.
All purchase of hair extensions is not refundable. All sales are final.

Color Corrections
In consideration of the hair care services to be performed are hair extension’s, which may include, but not limited to extensions, cutting, styling, straightening, relaxing, permanent waving, hair coloring, application of heat by irons, wands, dryers and product testing, acknowledge that the procedures I am about to receive is a commitment to maintain. I understand that I may need to come in for multiple appointments to achieve/maintain my hair cut/color. All appointments will be charged in full.
I also acknowledge that all work is being done by hair care professionals and at the discretion of the professional. I agree not to hold Salon Terra Bella, their representatives, employees, agents or their authorized distributorships responsible for any adverse effect or for less than desired results.
I understand that I am required to submit a $50 non-refundable deposit for any appointments booked for 4 hours or more. The $50 will be applied to my service on the day of my original appointment. If I reschedule my original appointment for any reason I will lose my $50 deposit and will be required to put down an additional $50 for every appointment over 4 hours.
